What we’re actually building is a minified lead-generation system, lean by design, every part earning its place, of which SEO is just one pillar.
Get found by the right people: own his terms (self-concept, Core Transformation, Metaphors of Movement, lineage), hub-and-spoke pages, structured data, and answer-first copy so AI engines cite him.
Turn interest into a booked conversation. Form-first now; optionally a chatbot that has a real conversation, qualifies, and books the call (cal.com / GHL).
Every lead leaves information, how did you find me + segment + source (UTM / referrer), which feeds back into marketing & sales: who’s the customer, what they respond to, where they come from, what creates traction.
An optional chatbot is what makes it more than a brochure:
It doesn’t end at a click, it improves itself each cycle.
SEO fills the top; the conversation + data loop is what turns traffic into booked, understood clients, and improves itself each cycle. The site is state-of-the-art on pillar 1 today; pillars 2–3 are designed and partly built, with the chatbot + GHL as the phase-2 switch-on.
Same name, opposite strategy. The current markandreas.com chases the busiest, least-fitting keyword; this build owns what’s actually Mark’s, and is visible to the AI-answer layer the old site can’t reach.
The current site
llms.txt, invisible to ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI OverviewsThis build
llms.txt + answer-first copy, built to be cited by AI enginesIs anything actually traded away? Essentially no. We keep the NLP search volume, it’s captured on a dedicated NLP coaching page, framed as “backed by, and beyond NLP,” carrying Mark’s rare lineage authority, and we add the ownable terms, the structured data, and the AI-answer layer the old site never had. We don’t even drop “NLP”; we just stop leading with it as the brand label.
The one real cost is time: positioning-led pages take a few months to earn their ranking, while the NLP page carries the existing traffic in the meantime. That’s a ramp, not a sacrifice. Everything else is upside, the same reach, plus a premium position, a moat only Mark has, and an ecosystem that compounds.
A lean engine: get found, convert in conversation, learn from every lead, repeat.
